We built a platform where investors can directly invest in commercial real estate deals alongside seasoned operators. Our site breaks down traditional barriers by pooling small investments, allowing users to choose exactly where their money goes instead of relying on blind funds or brokers.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in Portland, OR and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Portland is home to our founding team and gives us a tight-knit tech and real estate community, plus lower costs than typical startup hubs. We want to grow here as the commercial real estate market is strong and under-served by tech tools locally.
