We have built an online platform that lets businesses and individuals buy, sell, and rent commercial real estate in India. The product aggregates fragmented listings, provides data-backed property insights, and streamlines transaction workflows specifically for commercial spaces.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and operate in Maharashtra, India. Post-YC, the company would remain based in India to continue serving the local market directly.

Explain your decision regarding location.

India's commercial real estate sector is highly fragmented and lacks transparency, which we experience firsthand here. Being based in Maharashtra keeps us close to our early customers and market dynamics, crucial for building and refining our product.
