What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a SaaS platform that automates chargeback management and dispute processes. Our product monitors chargebacks in real time and provides reporting and analytics to help companies spot fraud patterns and recover lost money.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Bogotá, Colombia, and the company is based here now. After YC, we plan to remain remote with Bogotá as our core base.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Bogotá is where we live and work, and we have built the product here. It's cost-effective, and the local market has a real need. We intend to stay remote but rooted in Colombia to leverage our knowledge of local and international payment challenges.
