We build Protonet, a hardware and software package that lets small businesses run their own private cloud easily. It combines an on-premises server with software that makes file sharing, communication, and collaboration simple without relying on public cloud providers.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We don't have a fixed location right now. After YC, the company will be based where we can best grow the team and product, likely around where we live or move to.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are flexible on location because our product supports distributed teams and remote storage. The most important thing is building the product and company, not where we're physically located.
