We are building a platform that helps businesses automate profit-sharing agreements with clarity and simplicity. Our product manages the distribution of profits to stakeholders, simplifying a process that is often manual and error-prone. It targets companies that want a cleaner, more transparent way to handle financial splits without custom accounting headaches.

We both live in San Francisco, CA, and the company will continue to be based in San Francisco after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose San Francisco because it's where we live and where most early adopters and investors interested in B2B financial tools are located. Being close to our customers and the startup community helps us iterate faster.
