We are building the first regulated exchange for compute derivatives. Our platform lets users trade contracts based on compute infrastructure in a fully compliant, regulated environment. This is for financial firms and large cloud consumers who want to hedge and speculate on compute resources with transparent pricing and legal certainty.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in New York, NY, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York combines our team's location with proximity to major financial institutions, which are our customers. Being in NYC helps us close deals and navigate regulatory requirements.
