We built a platform that connects companies to fractional marketing, design, product, growth, and engineering talent. Instead of hiring full-time blindly, our product lets employers work on projects with candidates first before making a full-time offer. We vet candidates with an average of 5-7+ years of experience, mostly U.S.-based, and provide curated shortlists to speed hiring.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York, NY, Providence, RI, and remote. After YC we'll remain distributed with the core team spread across these locations but will engage remotely and in NYC selectively.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We started where we live and work effectively as a distributed team. Marketing and design talent spans many locations, so our distributed setup reflects our product's nature and client base in the U.S. and beyond.
