What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform that makes it easier to buy and sell homes in Latin America by combining technology and data. Buyers and sellers use our site to access virtual tours, book showings and appraisals online, and see dynamic pricing benchmarks. On the agent side, we provide tools that make their work about 10x more efficient than traditional real estate brokers. This all leads to faster, more affordable transactions in a market notorious for being slow and unprofessional.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and the company is based here as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Buenos Aires is where the real estate market we're improving exists. We understand the local market and customer pain points intimately. There's almost no professional tech-enabled brokerage in LatAm that operates from here, so it makes sense to base ourselves where the need and opportunity are.
