What miru does

Miru is an augmented reality app that shows you what any piece of furniture will look like in your home. We use a computer vision pipeline to create an augmented reality experience for furniture from any retailer's website so you can see what the coffee table you love will look like in your home.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an augmented reality app that lets users see what any furniture from any retailer's website will look like in their home. We process images of furniture through a computer vision pipeline to create AR models on the fly. This helps customers avoid buying furniture that doesn't fit or look right in their space.

We live in San Francisco, CA, and the company is based here as well.

San Francisco puts us close to furniture retailers, tech talent, and early adopters who use AR. It's also where both founders live and work.
