Employers can post jobs with fully integrated social recruitment features plus extended reach job distribution channels, and search profiles of top-tier talent members, connect privately, arrange interviews and hire directly on the Joberator platform. Both Job seekers and Employers can create a Free account.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an end-to-end platform that connects STEM graduates and professionals with employers actively hiring in science, technology, engineering, and math fields. Job seekers create profiles showcasing their skills, and employers post jobs, search talent, and manage hiring - all in one specialized system designed to reduce friction and improve match quality in STEM recruitment.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco and Los Angeles currently. We plan to base the company in the Bay Area after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco and the Bay Area are core hubs for tech and STEM talent. Being based there gives us access to both deep technical talent and a concentration of innovative employers who need better hiring tools.
