We build and manage delivery-only restaurant brands that operate out of ghost kitchens. Our product is both the brands themselves and the operational system behind them, enabling streamlined food delivery without physical storefronts. This lets us launch food concepts quickly, optimize menus based on delivery data, and serve customers looking for convenient meals through apps.

We live in Los Angeles, California, and the company would be based there after YC as well.
