What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We make bioplastics from food waste using synthetic biology. Our product replaces conventional plastics with material that decomposes quickly and reduces landfill pressure. It's designed for manufacturers looking to cut plastic waste in packaging and consumer goods.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Toronto, ON, Canada, and plan to base the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Toronto has a strong biotech community and access to food waste supply. We also have our team's roots here which makes coordinating lab and manufacturing work easier.
