Genomelink aims to become the default DNA data hub and app store for this genomic future. Our mission: - Build the world’s #1 platform for consumer genomics apps - Help people discover their family roots and unite the world - Create an infruscrucure for consumer genomics

Describe what your company does in 50 characters or less.

DNA App Store

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform where people who have raw DNA data from tests like Ancestry or 23andMe can upload it and access a variety of DNA apps. These apps provide detailed ancestry breakdowns, traits analysis, and connections based on genetics. Our product is a DNA data hub that unlocks consumer genomics through multiple apps rather than one monolithic service.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and operate out of Berkeley, CA, with some team members remote. After YC, the company will remain based in Berkeley, CA.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Berkeley offers a strong tech and biotech community and is close enough to Silicon Valley to access talent and investors. Having a remote-flexible team lets us tap into global expertise while keeping a hub here for coordination.
