What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an all-in-one hiring platform tailored to restaurants and retail. It lets employers recruit, screen, schedule interviews, and onboard workers - all from any device. Features include a mobile-first applicant tracker, Text-To-Apply, one-click interview scheduling, and video cover letters. The goal is to replace paper résumés and speed up hiring.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in Toronto, Canada, with some of the team working remotely. After YC, the company will likely be based in the Bay Area.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Toronto is home because that's where we started and live now, but YC is here for access to customers, investors, and talent. We want to tap into the Bay Area ecosystem post-YC to grow.
