What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a tool that reads PDF construction drawings to find clashes and inconsistencies between architectural, structural, and MEP plans. Our software lines up these plans automatically, detects conflicts, and drafts RFIs so construction teams can fix issues early - before construction starts. This replaces slow manual reviews and long coordination meetings.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in San Francisco now, and the company will continue to be based there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we live and where our network is strongest. Being here gives us access to engineering talent and construction tech hubs, so it makes sense to stay put.
