Our product automates the 20+ hours a week brokers and their teams spend creating presentations and financial models, letting them close deals faster and with less repetitive work.
We live and work in New York, NY. We would keep the company based in NYC after YC because that's where our customers and industry expertise are concentrated.
We chose New York because it's a global hub for commercial real estate, which makes it easier to understand our users and iterate quickly. The proximity to our initial customers helps us build relevant features fast.
