We built a platform that helps land lot developers manage their sales receivables and streamline their operations by securing capital access and connecting stakeholders. It organizes payment flows, tracks receivables, and integrates financing options to keep developers' cash flow healthy.

We live in Recife, PE, Brazil, and would base the company here after YC.

We chose to be based in Recife because that's where our team and initial customers are. We're rooted in this market and understand the local challenges well.
