We built Hapi to let people in Latin America invest in stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies quickly and affordably. Our app removes the usual barriers like minimum deposits and commissions, so anyone can start trading in under five minutes.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and the company is based here along with a remote team distributed elsewhere.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we found the best talent and ecosystem to build our fintech product for Latin America. We operate remotely where needed but keep SF as our main base.
