Gecko uses AI to understand how your application should work, simulates relevant attacks to find critical vulnerabilities, and then verifies these vulnerabilities by exploiting them. It also helps you understand the risk of these vulnerabilities and applies a working fix to keep your code secure.

We built Gecko to help engineering teams find and fix critical security vulnerabilities in their code quickly without relying on ineffective tools or infrequent pentests. Our product uses AI to understand how an application is supposed to work, simulate attacks to uncover real issues, exploit those vulnerabilities to verify them, assess the risk, and finally apply working fixes automatically.
We live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to keep the company based here during and after YC.
