What Flux does

Flux is building the payment network for alternative payments, with a focus on bringing acceptance of all BNPL options to on-site merchants so they can max their client's buying power. Flux provides an instant-issuing and payment acceptance solution for consumer credit products, and a payment terminal for alternative credit (non-card) for retailers.

We're building a payment network that connects alternative credit options like BNPL for in-person merchants. Our product includes instant issuing and payment acceptance tools so retailers can offer and take payments beyond cards.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in Mexico City, and the company will remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Mexico City is where our team is, where the market opportunity is strongest for alternative payments. Staying local keeps us close to users and the retailers adapting to BNPL.
