We built Ever Loved to help families handle funerals without losing their minds. Our platform makes it easier to raise the average $9,000 funeral cost through crowdfunding, find vendors and funeral products in one place, and coordinate communication among friends and family, both online and offline. Funerals are expensive, confusing, and stressful; we remove friction and bring people together around a difficult moment.
We live in San Francisco, CA, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.
San Francisco has a strong tech ecosystem, access to talent, and positions us well to build a marketplace connecting families and vendors efficiently. It also keeps us close to our current team and resources.
