What Draftbit does
We're building Draftbit to make it easier for everyone to build, launch, and iterate on mobile apps. And do it without writing code, unless you want to. Over time, we hope to make building great looking, high quality apps as easy as (or easier than?!) launching a website is now. And by doing so, we hope to democratize software development, allowing anyone to turn their idea into reality, and build it into something great.

Build mobile apps visually. Source-code included.
We're building Draftbit to let anyone visually build and launch mobile apps with source code included. Our product lets engineers and designers build high-quality apps without writing code unless they want to, making app development accessible and faster. You can drag and drop, customize components, and get clean React Native code you can use or extend.
We live in and operate from Chicago, IL, USA, with a remote team. After YC, we would keep the company based in Chicago but remain fully remote-friendly.
Chicago gives us good access to a strong tech talent pool and a growing community, but we embrace remote work so location is flexible. We value being based outside typical coastal hubs while engaging remote contributors.
