Connecting healthcare facilities and clinicians

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform that connects healthcare facilities directly with local clinical professionals, allowing them to find and book shifts instantly without agencies. This gives clinicians control over when and where they work, and helps facilities fill shifts faster and more flexibly.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Oregon and work remotely. After YC, we plan to keep the company based remotely, continuing to serve markets across the U.S.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Healthcare staffing is regional and local, and remote work lets us recruit top talent from across Oregon and beyond. It also lets us scale without moving to a costly tech hub.
