What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform that simplifies recruitment and payroll for busy construction projects. It connects contractors with temporary workers quickly, cutting out expensive agencies. On the worker side, the platform offers better pay and faster payments, with access to high quality, local jobs.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work between London and New York. After YC, we plan to base the company with a presence in both cities to cover major markets in construction.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our team is split between London and New York, which lets us stay close to two large construction hubs. This dual presence helps us serve clients in both regions and understand local labor market needs.
