What BlueHill Payments does

BlueHill replaces the patchwork of tools you use to manage clients. Instead of bouncing between a project management app, a shared inbox, a portal solution, and a spreadsheet to track onboarding - BlueHill brings it all into one platform. Your team gets built-in email, structured onboarding workflows, project management, and a complete history of every client interaction. No more lost context, no more switching between tabs, and no more wondering who said what to which client. Your clients get a branded portal experience where they can communicate with your team, track progress, and access everything they need - without the confusion of scattered tools and login links. Whether you're onboarding a new client, managing an ongoing project, or following up on a conversation from three months ago, BlueHill keeps everything connected so your team stays aligned and every client feels taken care of.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built BlueHill to consolidate the tools teams use to manage clients. Instead of juggling project management apps, email inboxes, portals, and spreadsheets, BlueHill combines email, onboarding workflows, project tracking, and client communication into one place. This keeps the team aligned and clients updated without losing context or jumping between tabs.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Chicago, IL, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Chicago is home for us and where our earliest users are. It's a good balance of tech talent and proximity to clients who struggle with client management tools.
