Our platform supports renewable energy and data center developers, real estate firms, and more by streamlining siting, interconnection, and permitting. With Paces, teams can de-risk decisions, shorten timelines, and get more renewable energy projects built.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build AI agents and software to automate and speed up early-stage and late-stage due diligence for renewable energy and data center projects. Our platform helps developers and real estate firms move projects from siting through permitting and interconnection faster and cheaper.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York City and the company is based here now and would remain so after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose New York because it's where we live and where many of our users - renewable energy developers, real estate firms, and project teams - are located or have operations.
