Live video signing for real-time agreements

We built Live eSignatures™, a product that lets businesses sign documents over a secured video call in real time. It replaces the need for in-person signings by putting the agreement and the face-to-face conversation on the same screen. This is for businesses handling sensitive or regulated transactions that require both identity confirmation and real-time consent.

We're based in Ottawa, ON, Canada, and work remotely. We plan to continue remote-first after YC, though we're open to relocating if it makes sense for growth and fundraising.

We chose Ottawa because that's where both Joel and Moktar live and work, and it's a good base for a remote-first SaaS company. We're proven we can build and sell from here, and our product fits a global market without needing a physical HQ.
