We built a tool that helps high-growth teams run their onboarding, offboarding, and other People Operations programs. Gather replaces manual scheduling and messaging with automated communication tightly integrated with Slack, so Ops teams can move faster without dropping the ball.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in New York City, and after YC, the company would continue to be based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We're rooted in NYC because that's where we understand the market and customers best. People Ops teams here are stretched thin and appreciate tooling that reduces manual work.
