What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform that helps electricians, mechanics, and other skilled blue-collar workers find full-time jobs that pay up to 50% more. Our product matches workers with job offers after about 10 minutes of setup, cutting through the traditional recruiting noise for these roles.

We are based in Berlin, Germany, and the company will stay based in Berlin after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Berlin is where we live and where the skilled blue-collar workforce we serve is active. Staying here keeps us close to our users and local employers.
