What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We help hospitals hire nurses from around the world by simplifying immigration, licensing, and other complex processes through our platform. Our product manages the entire lifecycle from recruitment to credential verification to visa support.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco and are based there with a remote team. After YC, we will remain based in San Francisco with remote work.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we have our strongest networks and talent. Remote work lets us tap into nursing and tech communities globally, which fits our product.
