What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built Flip as a mobile-only platform where sneaker enthusiasts can buy and sell rare, limited edition sneakers. Our curated marketplace connects buyers to trusted sellers and creates a community around these hard-to-find items, making it easy and confident to place bids within a 90-minute window.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in Los Angeles, CA, and plan to keep the company based there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Los Angeles is a key consumer market for sneakers and youth culture. Being local helps us build relationships with sellers and buyers in the sneaker community and stay close to our early users.
