Whereoscope uses smartphones and an intelligent sampling algorithm to provide the best possible accuracy without draining the battery. Whereoscope enables location-based geo-fencing so that parents can know when their kids arrive at school, leave soccer practice, or are just about to get home.

We built a smartphone app that lets parents know where their kids are in real-time. It uses location data combined with a smart sampling algorithm to conserve battery while maintaining accuracy. Parents get alerts when kids arrive or leave places like school or practice.
We live in Mountain View, CA and the company is based here.
