We built Akiflow, an app that combines task management and calendars in one place with an AI assistant that helps users plan and execute their days. It pulls in tasks from multiple sources and calendars so users don't have to switch apps, then uses AI to help them decide what to focus on and when.
We live in Padua, Veneto, Italy, and the company is remote but based here now. After YC, we plan to keep the company distributed but adopt San Francisco for a stronger foothold with YC and the U.S. market.
We started here because that's where we are geographically based. We run a remote-first team to attract the best talent and already operate in multiple time zones. YC gives us the network and presence to connect better with the U.S. productivity market.
