What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We're building an automation-first EMR platform designed for digital health and direct primary care companies. Our product is fully programmable and customizable to help clinical businesses reduce admin overhead and allow providers to spend more time with patients.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Austin, TX and have a remote team. After YC, we plan to remain based in Austin while continuing a remote-friendly approach.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Austin has a growing tech scene and healthcare industry presence, plus it's our home base. Remote work helps us attract talent and serve customers nationwide.
