We built Akkari to automate and manage the entire customer operations workflow - from initial sales call through account expansion. It tracks every commitment, issue, request, and opportunity across customer channels like Slack, calls, email, meetings, and Discord, then drives each interaction loop to resolution. This replaces manual, fragmented customer follow-ups with a system that ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and Akkari will be based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where our existing team is located, and it's the hub for both our engineer network and potential customers in B2B SaaS and AI infrastructure.
