We built Thndr as a platform that lets individuals across MENA invest directly in stocks, gold, and fixed income products. We simplify access to these asset classes in a market where traditional investment options are limited or complex for retail users.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Cairo, Egypt, and the company is based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Cairo is home, and it's the biggest financial and tech hub accessible to us. We want to build a product for MENA individuals and be close to the market we serve, so staying in Cairo makes the most sense.
