What Taiv does

Taiv puts business TVs on autopilot, automatically switching between cable, our own streaming channels, digital signage, and trivia. What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an AI-powered platform that controls business TVs to automatically switch between cable, our own streaming channels, digital signage, and interactive trivia. Our AI watches the live video feed and detects commercial breaks, show changes, or time-of-day triggers to choose the best content and ads for each environment without requiring manual input from the venue staff.

We live in Winnipeg, MB, Canada and plan to keep the company based there after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are rooted in Winnipeg because that's where all three founders live and work. We have a strong engineering base here and want to grow the company locally despite being part of a global market.
