What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built Start Closing to help contractors in the restoration and roofing industry track projects and customers. Our tool brings transparency between contractors and homeowners, improving communication during insurance restoration claims. It also streamlines internal processes for contractors by organizing claim details and timelines.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Coffeyville, KS, and plan to base the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Coffeyville is home and close to our initial customers. It's a small town, but that doesn't limit our ability to build software and serve contractors remotely.
