We built Starcity to redesign urban housing by creating co-living communities that offer furnished, flexible, affordable homes in city centers. Our platform handles leasing, community building, and building management so renters get a better urban living experience without typical landlord hassles.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and operate out of San Francisco, CA, and the company is based there as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is the center of tech innovation and a major hub for housing challenges we aim to solve. Being here connects us to a strong talent pool and the urban rental market we focus on.
