We're building a marketplace that connects investors who want to buy leases with real estate operators looking to sell lease contracts. The platform facilitates secure, efficient trading of these leases, which traditionally lack liquidity. Our product streamlines deal discovery, pricing, and execution for both sides.

We're based in New York, NY now and will continue to be here after YC.
