We built Rally, a CRM designed specifically for user research teams. It automates outreach, scheduling, incentives, and participant management so product, design, and engineering teams don't waste time on spreadsheets or cobbled-together tools. Rally consolidates all the pieces of managing user research in one place, making it faster and less painful to get user insights.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York, NY, and plan to keep the company based there with a remote setup after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our team is here, and the user research space has a strong presence in NYC. Also, running remotely helps us recruit talent outside the city and stay flexible.
