Describe what your company does in 50 characters or less.

A home reader device for kids.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built PlayReader, a reading device aimed at young children to make learning to read easier and more engaging at home. It combines physical books with interactive features to help kids connect words and sounds.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently are remote and do not have a fixed headquarters. After YC, we plan to base the company where the team can best collaborate, likely near YC in the Bay Area.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We're flexible on location but understand the value of being close to YC for mentorship and networking, so we'll relocate if accepted.
