What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We make PickTrace, a software platform that helps large farms manage their workforce and harvest operations. It tracks labor, schedules workers, and collects data to improve operational efficiency and compliance. Our product simplifies complex farm management challenges that typically rely on paper, spreadsheets, or disjointed systems.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Los Angeles, CA, and plan to keep the company based here with a mix of remote team members after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Los Angeles gives us access to a growing tech talent pool and proximity to some of our initial agriculture customers on the west coast. The range of remote workers allows flexibility without needing to relocate the entire team.
