We built a platform that lets employers see candidates actually doing work during the hiring process, not just talking about it. Our product focuses on creating realistic job simulations and assessments that reflect real tasks, so companies can evaluate skills more directly and fairly.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in Austin, TX, and after YC we would continue to base the company here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Austin has become our home and a favorable city for tech and recruiting. We have a strong team presence here, and moving would disrupt our momentum.
