OTel is automated instrumentation for the ideal world, Invaria is for everyone else. Invaria was founded by three engineers who know what good looks like when it comes to observability, but also know it's takes a lot of dev effort to do manually.

We're building Invaria to automate logging end-to-end - from your code through to storage. Instead of manually instrumenting your applications to generate structured, actionable event logs, Invaria automatically adds those logs across your entire codebase. People want something easier than OpenTelemetry, which assumes an ideal world; we build for everyone else.
We live in London, and after YC we would base the company here as well.
Our whole team is in London. We want to keep the company where the founders live and work day-to-day. Being local means faster decisions and smoother collaboration.
