What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We're building a data platform for applied microbial genomics. Our product processes and analyzes sequencing data from microbial samples to help researchers and clinicians understand the microbiome. Users can upload raw genomic data, and we provide tools to identify microbial species for applications in clinical diagnostics, food safety, and biosecurity.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Boston, MA, and San Francisco, CA. After YC, the company would remain based in these locations.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Both Boston and San Francisco are hubs for biotech and healthcare IT, which aligns with our product's industry. Being in these cities keeps us close to users and partners in clinical diagnostics and genomics.
