We built Onboard to automate and streamline customer onboarding and implementation. Customers create dynamic, customized launch plans that are collaborative with clients and visible to all stakeholders. Our tool replaces manual processes and spreadsheets with one living plan that adapts to each customer's needs.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Detroit, MI and operate remotely. The company will continue to be based around this remote plus Detroit hub after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose to run the company from Detroit and remotely because our founding team is here, and we've built a small remote-friendly team. This gives us access to talent at a lower cost and keeps us close to our roots rather than join a saturated tech hub.
