We build Nextmv, a platform for teams working on optimization AI models to deploy, test, and manage decision-making services. It provides tooling to create scalable, custom APIs backed by optimization engines, with integrations for popular solvers and modeling tools. It's designed for developers building complex decision models in logistics and supply chain to move from prototype to production faster and with better collaboration.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Philadelphia, PA and the company is based there with remote team members. After YC, we'll remain based in Philadelphia but continue remote work. YC is flexible and remote-friendly for us.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Philadelphia has been our home since the start. It offers strong local talent in AI and operations research, keeps our costs reasonable, and fits our lifestyle. We don't need to relocate to Silicon Valley to build this product or reach customers in logistics.
