We built Mirror Emoji Keyboard, an app that takes a selfie and generates hundreds of emoji that look like the user. People use it to share personalized emoji on messaging apps and social networks, making their conversations more expressive and unique. The challenge is creating emoji sets that capture each person's facial features accurately and quickly.
We live and work in San Francisco, with some remote team members. After YC, we plan to keep the company headquartered here to stay close to our users and the tech community.
San Francisco has the strongest talent pool for computer vision and consumer social apps. Being here keeps us connected to early adopters and the ecosystem that will help us grow.
