We built a platform that helps homeowners use California's SB9 law to split their lots and build new housing units. Our site shows if a property qualifies and guides users through the development and sale process. It enables homeowners to act as small-scale real estate developers.

We live in Los Angeles, CA, and the company will remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We're in Los Angeles because that's where the SB9 regulation applies and where the property market is large and active. It lets us build direct relationships with our users and local partners.
